Drewes Logistics Enters India with Majority Acquisition of Logistics Plus India

Germany-based logistics and freight forwarding firm Drewes Logistics has formally entered the Indian market after acquiring a majority stake in Logistics Plus India and setting up a local subsidiary. The newly formed entity, Drewes Logistics India, commenced operations on January 1, 2026, marking a strategic expansion into one of the world’s fastest-growing major economies. As part of the integration process, seven offices located in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad have been transitioned to the new subsidiary and fully aligned with Drewes Logistics’ global operating network.
